More Viera heel options?

My main character is a Midlander male and I'm not that bothered about glamours or playing dress up. But I do have a couple of female alts and on the rare occasion I have looked to get nice outfits for them, I haven't really found any nice high heels. They mostly seem to be that curly toe look that I personally don't like.

NGL, at first I read it as "MALE Viera heel options" and said "HELL YES!"

I'm still saying hell yes, but no on the exclusivity. We have 2B boots for other heel options but having more (non-race-or-gender-locked) options would be pretty good.

...especially since the 2B boots have a dirt texture on them that drives me crazy when taking screenshots. Having more heels of varying heights and styles would be very fun, glamour-wise.

Yes, but what's your opinion on Viera having a second pair of heels that are shorter like in the image so we can wear trousers? The original default one's are amazing and I love them but they crop any trousers I try on

Final fantasy XII has been my all time favourite and since witnessing the viera I instantly became obsessed. I joined FFXIV the minute I heard about them becoming a playable race. I saw they have 'human feet' which I don't mind that much?

Anyway, long story short, I never take off my Viera heels as I am trying to stick with the 'Ivalician viera appearance' as much as I am able, always keeping my character's hair white, eyes red and sticking to my Claws Of The Beast as well as having Eryut in my character's surname so I can represent 12.

I do not think I'm the only one who would like to request this and would be for the idea, but I would love more exclusive viera themed shoes so that the outfits can have more of a variety. For example, shoes just like the default but shorter as opposed to thigh-high. Implementing something this small can make such a difference and broaden the variety of possible outfits. The image below is an ideal design of the type of heel that would be amazing... It would look great with trousers, while as we know the thigh-high shoes tend to cut off the design.

Edit: I understand this post will not appeal to everyone but I am not asking the developers to work overtime and come up with 10 different shoes just for the viera. They can just grab the original default ones, a copy and paste job if you will, shorten them down from thigh-high and neaten them up and that's it. It's just so me and other viera's are able to wear jeans and still wear the heels. It is not going to impact the game negatively if the viera have two exclusive heels. Also, I am not suggesting in any way, shape or form that heels in general should be viera only so I'm not sure where the whole 'other races exist too' comes into play as if it's a valid point within the debate. Overall, while there should be more heels within the game, that is not the prime topic of this discussion.

OOh I'd love this. TBH if they added just 2 models it would fill a lot of gaps. One like a "shoe" not a boot, like the OP's example pictures, and other like a different type of knee-length boot.

Long, knee-length and ankle shoes are the three fixed lengths of shoes in this game, so that would cover all possible combinations.

It might just be as simple as using cut-down versions of the existing model as knee and ankle-length.

In the meantime, the Warg DPS shoes from the Grand Cosmos have a similar style (though they're shoes rather than sandals), the Bonewicca casting/striking greaves are knee-length clawed heels and there are a few other things that give you the beast-claws OR the high heels, but not both.

I appreciate the suggestion Those do sound like good substitutes. I'm still going to hold out that one day they'll implement this small change that can make a big difference.. Even if they made these a mogstation pair of shoes, I would pay for them.
