Anyone who plays often can quickly get this role, and a large majority, not to say +90%, are unskilled. (It's really fun to see them die over and over again on easy and casual content such as the alliance raid or even in dungeons.)

And that some are for LOL or for the ultra rare mount that requires a high level of masochism.

The mentor system does not work in my opinion, the number of hours, recommendation and even finish at least once all the normal content & Ex, does not guarantee absolutely the skill of the rightful owner.

The mentor system is supposed to work according to the Japanese principle of senpai-kohai, but the mentor/novice channel is full of spam without much interest.

So, don't expect model individuals.
