    Anyone know a way to contact someone to address this issue? i've seen no comments from any community manager so far for the past days regarding this topic

    The system will try to redirect you to some Troubleshooting FAQ, just keep declining till it gives you the option to get into chat support. I contacted them twice yesterday but got "no one else reported this problem so it must be on your end" reply
