The system will try to redirect you to some Troubleshooting FAQ, just keep declining till it gives you the option to get into chat support. I contacted them twice yesterday but got "no one else reported this problem so it must be on your end" reply
just talked to web chat, and i think i gave them a more general idea of the problem, its not just one individual
i hope it works
