knocking on heavens doorquest wont spawn

so i was trying to figure out why knocking on heaves door wont spawn even though ive reached floor 100 in potd done the required msq and am over level 61. i just realised that the quest what lies beneath(the quest that allows you to play potd past floor 50) wasnt on my completed quests. yet im well past floor 50. im almost positive this quest missing is whats locking me out of HoH does anyone have any idea of a fix for this? ive already put in a support ticket and am praying for a response
