    EW Job Kinna weapons?

    I happen to be fortunate enough that my character's concept, aesthetic and glam all mesh perfectly with Kinna weapons. My main job uses a Kinna glam and I just love it.

    This is the first expansion where I've been present for the transition, and this will be the second expansion where new jobs will be put into the game that... don't really have a leveling use for the palace of the dead. I do see that GNB and DNC both have Kinna weapons, which gives me hope that the new jobs will have them!

    The question is when, really.

    So this is where I turn to the veterans that know these things from experience. My WoW senses tell me "there's no way they'll let you just sit on aetherpool value to just get a free thing on day one of the launch," but this isn't WoW, so here's my question:

    Based on precedent, can we expect Kinna weapons for Sage and Reaper to show up right away in Endwalker, or is there a delay on these things?

    GNB and DNC had weapons patched into Palace of the Dead in 5.0.
    If they continue this trend it is safe to expect Reaper and Sage will get their deep dungeon weapons with 6.0.

    I'm assuming they are easier to add in since they all use the same model as a pre-existing weapon and have the Kinna particle effect added to it.

    They kind of have to add them. You might want to go through PotD as one of the new jobs and so they have to have an Aetherpool Weapon to use.

    euhm from what i gather the new jobs start at lvl 70 and isnt Palace synced to 60?
    That would prop make those really unfun to play in Palace of the dark.

    They'd likely just have their opening set of abilities, which of course must be functional out of the box, at 70 or scaled down to 60.

    Abilities for even new classes have levels lower than where they start. So take DNC for instance. Standard Step is a level 15 ability. So the classes would behave like all other classes and unlock the abilities in PotD that match the level they're on.

    Since they start at 70 I'm not really sure if they will, but I guess we'll see. Spamming PotD and HoH for exp will net players next to nothing if their goal is to level the new jobs.
