Steps:

1. Note that there have been a number of pieces of glamour gear that have been converted from being equippable by a single gender to being available to all characters.

2. Note that these outfits are generally male-female pairs released together: wedding dress/suit, Expeditioner coat/tabard, etc. (not counting pairs where the "male" outfit was already unisex)

3. Note, however, that the High House Justaucorps and Bustle (and their undyeable Rainbow counterparts) have not followed this pattern.

The female Bustle was released to male characters a few patches ago, but the male Justaucorps remains gender-locked.

At the time it seemed like it could have been an error, or perhaps the model was not ready in time for the main release, but since it has not been "corrected" after a few patches it seems like it could be an oversight.

Is it possible that the model is in the game, ready to use, and simply got left off the list of items that needed altered equipment settings?
