Semi frequent Game crashes starting during Stormblood, no fix so far.

Greetings, I am a new player and I've successfully leveled through ARR and Heavensward without a single crash. Then during the Stormblood MSQ that requires you to do the Drowned City of Skalla dungeon,i begun crashing as soon as the game attempted to load the cutscene. I ended up reinstalling the game and I was crash free for about 2 days.

Unfortunately the crashes resumed and I was able to get through some dungeons/cutscenes by switching between DX9 and DX11, as well as switching between windows Compatibilities for 7 and 8.
However, I have reached a point where nothing I do is able to get around the crashes which are still happening. As the situation currently stands I am unable to progress my MSQ because the dungeon I am required to do crashes my game every single time.

Here are the solutions I attempted so far:
    Reinstalling the game, again
    Reinstalling drivers
    Clean reinstalling the drivers
    Using old drivers
    DirectX 9 and DirectX 11
Changing WIndows compatibilities to 7 and 8
    Disabling fullscreen optimizations
Changing Drives, from SSD to C Drive(HDD) to another HDD
Changing resolution, and switching between windowed/borderless/fullscreen options
    Locking FPS at 30/60
Lowering graphics all the way down
    Maxing out the graphics
    Undervolting
    Clean Booting
    Unplugging everything non essential
    Uninstalling Nvidia Geforce Experience
Disabling any and all possible in game overlays ie. Discord
Using stock GPU and CPU settings
    Disabling audio enhancements

    My computer is not overheating.
I am not running any mods, never have.

I am out of ideas on how I may fix this, and judging by other peoples experiences, this problem might not be on my end but on the developers.
Nevertheless, I am hoping someone can help me solve this, so I can actually progress through the game I have been enjoying so far.
