I made a thread about this a loooong while back, but i'd like to say i've matured a bit and am [hopefully] not so pretentious and theatrical about everything i ever say.

I think the Parameter bar area needs a bit of a rework. While the 4k UI mode has done wonders for it [as scaling it up doesn't look like TOTAL crap now], it could probably be a bit better. For one, the little Filters text could honestly probably just go, and be replaced by the Sheathed/Unsheathed Sword to the right of the HP [or just gone entirely, as well, as stance really doesnt matter outside of the filters, and there's more than enough visual info to show that your weapon is out].

I think you should be able to increase the length of the parameter bars as well, as that's far more graceful a solution than merely scaling it up and making it all massive. It was a thing in 1.0 too, and while in a MAJORITY of cases, that's not a good excuse to include it... I don't think it'd hurt.

Finally, i think it should show shields as well. Shields werent even shown on the party menu until Stormblood/ShB [i think], so the fact the party menu got it, means the normal HP bar could. I dunno about should, but it could.

Personally i'd enjoy the choice to make the simple-mode Job gauges lock inline with the HP and MP bars perfectly [a la the TP bar], since it's super finnicky getting it to look right, since most of them don't snap to the grids the same way. But that's a personal thing.

Not exactly a pressing matter, but something that i figured best to put out there, get some traction on it since it could use some QoL changes, even just the singular one the Party menu has already gotten.
