Because of the high volume of demand, frustration and anger among the player base left without housing- the demo timer should be reset to 15 consecutive days not logging in, because letting us keep $10-$15 bucks in our pockets by giving us one month of not subbing +15 days of no login before getting a warning email is hardly a good gesture to anyone, to me it still simply comes down to $10-$15 of sub-time, get rid of it. May as well make us pay for a monthly sub if we want a house, not even kidding.(I prefer this) EDIT: And I've lost a Large AND a Medium to the demo timer.
Or make the demo timer a charming 2-3 months and then get rid of the warning email system and just demo the house at 60 or 90 days, period, a 2-3 month timer is warning enough at that point I'd say, if you can't pay a sub for important RL reasons which should be the only considerable reason you decide to let people keep a house in this market beyond 30 days of no login, then we'd actually have time to dig ourselves out of whatever debt we're in IRL that we actually can't pay $10-$15 bucks for a subscription.
DELETE the system "THIS HOUSE IS NOT READY FOR SALE!" because it's just encouraging autoclicker programs and the general playerbase' knowledge on how to use them- HOW has the Dev Team overlooked this when deciding they're going to make us watch and wait for a random timer on an empty plot!???? Ugh, why would you want that for your playerbase, hate to say it but it's almost sick.
If none of this is appealing then start investigating EVERY housing sale for autoclicker programs from now on and start handing out bans and take away the house, and the gil used in the transaction, if you're not already(I'm sure you are, just not often enough) use a program that can detect for the precise and consistent clicks that a hack program uses, which is highly detectable compared to a humans fingerpresses on a button, and if they're detected, ban the players account.
This is dev RESPONSIBLITY for both players and for SE's monetary gain/loss due to misuse of resources. Are you going to keep spending $$$ ignoring it and adding new wards once every year or two? How much does that cost? Are you going to develop instanced housing like it's been asked for for the past 3 years????? Do this more efficiently Devs, seriously, this is really disappointing.
Posting this to reddit and everywhere else I can.
