Away for 10 days: Urianger event missed for good? Reps answer please.

I direct this message to the community reps. Thanks if you could forward it to the dev team and eventually let me know.

Since this is an internet forum of a fantasy videogame, I don't feel like posting certain stuff not related to it and will try to write this in an RPG-way.

In the past 10 days I've been healing in the hospi... I mean, in the Phrontistery, due to a bad incident.

I see patch 1.22 has already been released and I've a lot of things to catch up, but from now on my time in Eorzea, always due to the healing I'll still have to do in the Alchemists' Guild, will be highly reduced.

The last 5 days I passed in Hydaelyn, most of the time I camped the Miqo'te in Gridania, trying to understand with the community when she could pop. Then I had the incident and so I couldn't hunt her anymore.

One of the reasons why I remained in Eorzea was because of the 1 year long seasonal event, that is the 7th Umbral Era, that I wanted to live fully.

I had already discovered that to do this I needed 3 characters, as explained here. But the devs didn't pay attention to that.

I would like to get the Fragments of the Truth purple Achievement, the ones I like the most because they are related to the 7th Umbral Era.

I thought the devs learned the lesson of this dumb randomness after the Lambs of Dalamud, so why creating a content related to the storyline that is for hardcore players? Camping in the same spot is for hardcore. I myself tried to do that in the past, stayed in Gridania 5 days while crafting or leaving my character there, but no luck.
Then I was forced to leave Eorzea and like I said now I'll be able to be there much less than before.

I'm still at low HP and without my Subligar (for this reason, I apologize if this message is not written too well, I'm straining to do it), but I wanted to say that creating this randomness for such a content is almost as /&%$/&$ as the design of the Speed Runs/Instanced Raids (I see that post got almost 100 Likes, thanks).

Devs, can I experience this Urianger event after my forced absence or did you decide to remove it already?

Once again, I will be able to stay a lot less in Eorzea from now on, but if you could give some hint, it would be a good solution and I'd know when to login. After all, I had stayed there already 5 days!


I've been covering in my journal aaaall the event related to the 7th Umbral Era, I followed the storyline thoroughly and I think I deserve to meet Urianger, read his dialogues while in Eorzea and get the purple Achievement.

Ah, that's cool if he still appears after 1.22. So now it happens in all 3 regions... Any idea on the pattern or how long does he stay up?

He stays up for quite a few hours as I was at work when he poped then couple hrs went home and got him.

He only spawns at one at a time tho not all 3 same time. And its supposedly every 4 days,

yesterday he was around limsa or gird (cant remember which one) depoped and then moved to uldah a couple hours later.
