Try installing KB5004296 from windows update (it's an optional update released july 29th, so it may be mildly hidden). It fixes some game-related issues in general, with it having varying success for different people.

FFXIV is triggering some windows bugs, causing that specific DX errors (and complete computer crashing for other).
