Curious about this Au RA character in Yanxia, The Glittering Basin

Is she apart of the MSQ? I'm so curious and it freaked me out, lol. She was walking around saying "Make it stop" then suddenly vanished after a while. I couldn't seem to find anything so I thought I'd ask.

It’s probably related to the fate with the Nine-Tails. It’s a Fate chain, NPC dialogue can happen before and afterwards. This happens with a few fates out there actually.

On that note there are some NPC's that will you see here and there that will just be there randomly and then walk off! I like them it adds a bit of atmosphere ^^

She's related to a FATE chain as mentioned, which culminates with a special boss FATE that rewards a fox minion and fox ears glam. However, when the boss in question spawns is very random.

I do kind of wish we got a bit more context behind her, though.

An auspice residing in a mortal's body is not a very...normal occurrence, and there isn't much else to go off of ingame aside from one of the auspices over at the Reisen Temple suggesting that Tamamo Gozen had met with an ill fate.

Yup.... Hang out around the Cobalt ore mining nodes in North Thanalan - Bluefog long enough and you will see a NPC retainer come by to mine ore for their employer as part of their Mining Venture.

A lot of fates spawn NPC's, some of them far away from where it takes place.
