What is the fastest way through the Zadnor portion of the relic grind?

I got there earlier tonight and... can't say I'm really enjoying it, thus far. I have all three sub-areas unlocked, but unlike with BSF, I don't feel like I'm exactly drowning in FATEs (this isn't to say they're in short supply, but it seems like I am bouncing around a ton more real estate than I was with BSF).

I know that you can get the 180 items through raiding - what is the best approach to do that? Just queue? I had been watching PF all night, and didn't see any groups specifically formed to grind the old content. I realize that I'm very far behind the power curve when it comes to this (and the vast majority have this grind done already), so with that in mind, which is faster: queueing or Zadnor?

I've recently done this part so you aren't really behind the power curve, plus lots of time to kill before the expansion!

The way I did it was I joined a skirmish group for each zone to farm 30 of each of the first items (so 30 from each zone) , and did any critical engagements that spawned (which wasn't many).

The other three items then drop from the last two raid encounters from each "wing", so for Eden that would be E3 (inundation?) and E4 (sepulcher?) for example. The same for Alexander for the springs and Omega for the books. Just grind these out in the duty finder they pop frequently.

Chip away at it a bit everyday and it's over before you know it.

Join a farm group for the raids in the PF or make your own. You can thank me later.

Definitely join up with a group, hit every FATE in an area, every CE that spawns. I supplemented with Normal Raid roulette but that doesn't give much. It's a bit tedious but you can get it all done within a week.

I ground at it for a while tonight. I'm maybe... 1/4th of the way done. It's not in any way enjoyable, but it's not death, either.

On a semi-related topic (without starting a new thread): I have never done any of the Eureka content. If I started, say, tomorrow, how long (hours-ish) would it take me to get a weapon to stage 4?

Depends.. if you can get some Fate grinding parties when you play it goes by pretty quick, probably.. like.. 70-80 hours on the outside? The problem is you have to unlock the new areas, not necessarily the mats. It's constant grinding, but what I'd suggest is at least put in the work for the challenges every week, you should get there by Endwalker I believe, maybe sooner if you can burn some days farming NM's.

Stage 4 being Elemental (pyros level) right? Cause that's what you need to unlock the Elemental armor.

Yeah, stage 4 is Pyros. Wow, 80 hours? Maybe I won't bother.

I could be wrong.. I'm hoping someone else might have a different experience, but I did Anemos when it first came out.. but I hear it's pretty dead now (could have changed with all the new people) and solo leveling SUCKS. And then I've done Pagos Pyros and Hydatos whenever I got REALLY bored or nobody else I knew was on and I just got my Elemental armor +1 like.. last week. I did level to 60 first and then took a break and came back to farm the "mats" to unlock stuff.. but it took quite a bit.

Each one is pretty much only levelable at a decent rate by getting into NM farms. Solo you can pretty much just work towards challenges. Popping NM's and doing them by yourself is pretty butt and slow as hell.

The nice thing about the 180 Item grind is that you only have to do it once. It gets skipped on all subsequent relics. That's the only nice thing about it. There's nothing to it but gritting your teeth and powering through.

The step after it—the actual final step—is much less tedious, only requiring 5 or so runs of the Dalriada or 8 runs of Delubrum Reginae.

Going to mirror other comments here.
I've been going all out on this recently (at least my version of all out). I go into Zadnor, find a group for a zone (z1, z2, z3) and do skirmishes until I get 10 of an item, doing any critical engagement that pops alongside it. Then I'm done for the day and I repeat the process the next day.
Then whatever CE items I'm missing > log into raids a few times a day. You'll eventually get there, I figured 15-20 days and I'd be done while still having time to do stuff I enjoy in-game and out. And also avoiding burnout.
