While most all things can be spoofed, I think the other guy uses IP address and not cookies… and “cookies” are a web browser system, doesn’t apply to an individual application. Pretty sure blizzard uses IP address, although, like DRM systems, it can place hidden files somewhere on one’s system for identification.

both IP and Mac can be faked, even easier to get what your computer is calling itself then a cookie hidden in it.
