Date & Time: Multiple instances over the last two weeks. (I will include time stamps with video examples below.)
Frequency: It seems to happen on a 50/50 basis for any of the DRS runs I do.
World name: Hyperion
Character name: Ryuko Kanzeon
Retainer name: ---
NPC name: ---
Monster name: Trinity Avowed (in DRS)
Class/Level: 80
Party or solo: Party (Full 48-man alliance)
In-game time: Unsure.
Area and coordinates: Delubrum Reginae (Savage), Trinity Avowed boss... not sure of coordinates.
Housing: ---
Steps:
1. Notably, I use maximum desktop settings for the game. I recently ran the Endwalker benchmark and received an "excellent" score with these exact settings, so I do not think this is the issue alone.
2. Enter Delubrum Reginae (Savage) ... or possibly any instance with a lot of people/effects?
3. Specifically on Trinity Avowed (no other fights), some very important boss effects will be missing, such as "tells" for how to satisfy a mechanic properly. I've included a few videos below with explanations.

I am including below a few clips I took of this situation. PLEASE IGNORE EXPLETIVES spoken aloud in the videos. I was shocked/surprised when it happened, so my language was... less than savory, especially in the first clip (instance it happened). I promise I was only cursing about the situation, not at anyone in particular.
Example #1 (7/31 11:28pm EST): The fire on the ground covering most of the arena is supposed to change when the arrows spawn on the far edge to show different paths (like chutes and ladders) the arrows may travel down (indicating which buffs you need to receive to balance out your elemental charges to neutral to survive). In this particular instance, the fire covering the ground did not change to the paths, and I was simply left guessing about where I should go. (Again, I'm sorry for the expletives. I was shocked when it happened.) There is also a permanent graphical error (spell effect) on the ground between the 3 and B marker, and it was there before the fight even started.

Example #2 (8/5 11:11pm EST): The temperature gauge that is supposed to appear above the orbs (just like what you see on my character) simply did not appear. I could have figured out what to do based on how dim/bright the orbs were (a backup method), but the gauge is supposed to appear to make this easier to spot. I didn't actually die to this (rather to a mechanic that goes off right before it, my mistake), but I was definitely confused by the lack of temperature gauges on the orbs. https://clips.twitch.tv/DeterminedCr...YsLWex0hhb50ZZ
Example #3 (8/5 10:24pm EST): One orb (the orb in the NE corner; you can see it about halfway through the clip, between the A and B markers) did not appear at all, but you can see some sort of charging/pulsing animation in its place. The temperature gauge appeared over the orb at the SE corner (between B and C), but had no visible charge (was blank). I'm not sure about the other two, but either temperature gauges did not appear or did not appear fully for those either. I was going to die anyway because I raised with no temperature charges, but this is another instance in which certain graphics or elements simply did not appear on screen, leaving me confused or with a mechanic far more difficult than intended. https://www.twitch.tv/ryukopresents/...MEV8cFjbLl6ZbY
I have NEVER encountered a problem with the swords mechanic (when there are four "clones" charging up their swords with different elemental charges and you need to step into one of those charges). This leads me to believe this issue is specifically related to how much is happening on screen with additional graphical effects. It seems to be "too much" for the client priorities, and instead of prioritizing boss mechanics, it is choosing players. I understand the simplest solution would be to simply lower my graphical effects/limit what is being displayed, but why should I have to if the game is allowed to play with all these effects on above-average graphics cards with decent VRAM? Shouldn't it be able to play properly even with maximum effects?
This is the ONLY fight I notice this problem with, though I have noticed other graphical errors occurring in Delubrum Reginae (Savage) with 48 people. I have two other examples from the past few weeks (outside of the Trinity Avowed fight)...
The tether from the adds/boss in the Dahu fight attached to the tank at the end of the fight and just... keeps extending until I reached the end of that area, even after that particular tank had jumped to the next area: https://www.twitch.tv/ryukopresents/...4j15euKx7uXILG Hilariously enough, this tether "followed" me outside of the instance to every zone I entered. I have some very humorous screenshots of this happening in a map run, or in residential areas, until I restarted the client.
I left one area in DRS to zone into the other (before Trinity Avowed, I believe) and I saw a permanent graphical effect on my screen I am 99% sure is a Warrior's Berserk animation with the glowing red eyes: https://www.twitch.tv/ryukopresents/...k-5cJWgpuGrpuI
Thank you for your help.
EDITING this to say that I tried changing my Battle Effects Settings to "Show Limited" for "Others" and this did solve the problem. However, I still consider this problem a glitch (would like this report to remain active/investigated) because I don't think it should happen even with max settings on all?
