I just came back a few weeks ago after a four year break and housing and the arguments against its implementation are exactly the same. SE knows they have various options that would improve the system but don't want to invest in it. While it feels good to let off steam here the fact is the only way they will listen is if they see a large number of players quit because of the housing mess. Realistically, most would look at the time investment needed to acquire a house and not use the system. We'll see if that changes in 6.1.
