Please add holidays events in later cities

I love the holiday events, they are cute and normally quick little events but I believe they add a lot to the feeling of the world. I know they set these events in the three main cities so low levels can participate but I would love to see the Xmas decorations all over Ishgard or city specific holidays for places not in Eorzea like Kugane Holidays(Maybe some kind golden week?) and even the Crystarium for Novrandt Holidays.

It could be a great way to push people to visit the other cities after their expansions. I love theses cities and they had so much effort put into them. I want to have more reasons to visit.

Please let me know if you guys agree. I would love for the team to see this!

Exactly! I want to see those cities celebrating. The lore opportunities they could have to feed us the idea of other classes, races, or the culture of those people.

Perhaps... like the housing zones when you don't own the expansion for that space.. the main cities could be similar. That you could visit them, with restrictions on of course accessing the content outside of the event (can't do quests for an expansion you don't own, or leave into the combat zones for example).

Then when Sharlayan boop a lala on the snoot holiday comes around everyone can enjoy it together, even if they don't own that expansion. Only unfortunate part is it kind of spoils the city before the story gets to share it with you. :/

The decorations for every city would be cool of course! You could do that regardless, definitely yes to that (quests still being where everyone has access).

Old Sharlayan could have a back to school event! We all could get frat paddles and a keg (jk....kinda) or some kind of greek related event (Sharlayan looks greek inspired to me)

Remember the required level is well below you when you can get to these cities. I doubt they want to expansion lock seasonal events. Decorating them like the housing zones would be nice though.

I know, I addressed that in the post. I get why they do it but its a waste for those cities. At the very least I would like to see holidays decorations in Ishgard but as this story arc comes to a close we can't keep shoving everything into 3 cities. Its time to expand with the game. Make going to these cities a fun experience not just a pitstop.

As a reminder new players would need some way to access these cities without unlocking them via the MSQ, as well as any gil, which may seem insignificant to seasoned players, is a large chunk of change for people starting out.

Yep, Totally understand that but would enjoy seeing the cities be used for more and become busier. I would love to see every city with tons of people walking around. Holidays being short and easier to implement I believe could do that but I understand.

Also to comments like this one. I will point out that ishgardian restoration was not abiding by that rule and it seemed to be doing great. Would you consider that unfair or does it just make sense because it about that area?

Do know when first start the game your only able to access one city till you explore or get to where can use the airship from mainstory. I don't see a problem with other cities. It give the new players something to look foward to when they get there.
