Help with Endwalker Pre-Order

Hi, I need some assistance. I've recently started playing and still working my way through ARR.

I've just bought the Digital Collectors edition of Endwalker, however in the Mogstation is only shows as standard under Endwalker early access and the only in game items I received was Wind-up Palom Minion and Menphina Earring, and not the mount or death scythe

I definitely bought the collectors edition, but it doesn't seem to be registering correctly.

You were given a pre-order registration code for the pre-order bonuses, which registers the expansion as "Early Access", giving you the earring and minion as well access to the servers a few days early when Endwalker's early access begins. The actual code for Endwalker won't be given out until it officially releases when early access is over. The mount will come then, along with the glamour weapon. You appear to have everything in order so all that's left to do is wait.

And yet we deal with 2 codes every expansion pre-order, one for the bonus items and one for the game key.

Except for every expansion where they have sent out two codes you mean?

It's a little bit confusing, I agree.
My first expansion I too sat there wondering if I've made a mistake or if they gave me a wrong key.

But like people here has already mentioned, the key you registred was only the Pre-Order/Early Access key.
The core game key will be sent/unlocked (which will be the version you bought) in your order at the store around the launch date of the expansion.
And by then you will have to registre that key as well on your account.
Or else you won't be able to gain access to the new expansion once it has released.
