Since this is past it's prime and Endwalker is close upon us can we remove the Item Level Sync in Delubrum to make it go faster please?

It's still relevant content, and even so.
Not everything has to be unsynced.
That's what essences are for.
You can already get sub 25 min runs.
If only there was some other way to make it go faster...
You can also get 10 stacks of valor.
How can it be past its prime when it was literally added to the game just a few months ago? Man, some people consume content and games way faster than they should and then complain that it's dead and there's nothing to do.
DR is already easier due Zadnor buffs, also if people were willing to actually use essences the dungeon would be a walk in the park every single run
Reason it goes so slow is because people in pug groups don't seem to want to use essences.
Can literally be ran in 20 minutes or less, provided you can convince people to bring the right load outs. And if you're gonna complain that you can't then look for PF's (Party Finder groups) running it under 'Adventuring Forays', but bring what you need to keep up, people will kick you if you don't.
What's needed:
One Lost Flare - Only need one per run (not party), can run more provided people aren't overwriting them
One Banish - Makes quick work of the phantom boss
Two Lost Rends - Rend 1 and Rend 2 to maintain debuff up time
Three Dervishes - One per party
Nice but not needed: the movement speed buff, one for each party. Won't help out with DPS too much, but will cut down travel time.
Everyone else then brings what increases their personal DPS.
