It is not so normal from what I understand. Spats get worn mostly by female athletes which tend to be in the situations you describe but the majority do not.



But the former (which is similar to what we got) tends to be what people refer to as a school uniform not the later. The later is a traditional preschool outfit with elementary not having a uniform. Uniforms are more a middle and high school thing.

I live in Japan; the average school girl wears their PE shorts under their skirt when out going to/from school, mostly on their bike.

Obviously depends on which pocket of Japan you live (Tokyo is more shorts under skirts; Osaka is more rolled up short-skirts) but the general stereotypical girl will be wearing their gym shorts let's say... 3/5 times.

I don't know why, but for some reason I got my hopes up that the yukata from previous years might be available in this season's event. Silly me. Why contribute more and more content to the game and make it better, when you can instead charge money? Even without the glamour items or emotes, they don't even let you play the event quests anymore for fun. They just delete them. What a waste.

I mean, to be fair, the money you put into the Mogstation gets pumped directly back into the game, which funnels into improvements that are not the main focus (like additional housing wards or certain glamours we got for free being paid for by MS purchases)

I guess we will see some bikinis in the winter event then... .

I like the bear mount and I decided to pick up the furnishing for my retainer's bank but there is nothing else I would be interested in buying with my excess tickets. The lack of other items does not give me any incentive to go back so this time around it is a one and done. One thing that would keep me going back are glamour awards from previous events since I am missing some. If they were priced high enough but within reach during the event I would have a reason to go back and earn tickets. I think it would also help keep the event active as returning and new players or others returned for items they might have missed in the past.

Interior can be used by everyone. Everyone can get an apartment which stays forever even when not visiting the game for 45 days. Private chambers work similarly as well - no time limit (except fc house itself).
Garden stuff however... Would be great if they'd reworked the apartment to have a garden accessible, like Kugane's inn room.

events should be much harder as now with doing one fate and youre like done with that in under one hour.

but expecting from every event to have brand new glam / mount / minion / emote is i dont know.

they turn into regular bears... there are no ice bears in summer. that would be ridicolous xD

Interiors can be used by everyone WHO COULD BUY an appartment. Like houses: limited.
And as you mentioned, garden stuff cannot be used.

The Kugane's inn you mention, I don't see what it is.
