We need more ways to Bind keys.

Because in the mouse section of char config there is already mouse wheel settings you can adjust that use shift, alt, and ctrl + wheel up and down.

So you can't unassin it? Like in most hotkey settings. If you try and use a new key bind that is already assign to another key. It would auto remove said key from the old bind and put it to the new.
