We need more ways to Bind keys.

I kinda can blame them because this is the only game that I have this issue with. In the keybinding it just plain does not accept certain keys to be bind with modifiers. I find it strange.

It also does not explain why I can't bind mouse wheel up and down with shift.

Because in the mouse section of char config there is already mouse wheel settings you can adjust that use shift, alt, and ctrl + wheel up and down.
