    Mercantile Houses Banners/Flags

    I am in Limsa Lominsa right now and when to the market ward to check out the new changes (very good i might add ^^), but then I noticed that as I moved from one to the other (still in LL) LL banners & flags are still decorating the other houses, why is that i wonder?

    Does that meaning Limsa Lominsa owns Gridania Mercantile House? & Ul’dah Mercantile House? [P.S. I haven't gone to the others cities yet, but is it the same?]
