sounds like some of you just take playing mmorpg games way to serious if you equate it to leaving a abusive relationship.

I'm not entirely sure what else to compare playing WoW with that isn't, well, this. They keep burning people with their poor, spiteful attitudes and content design choices and those players have largely kept coming back in spite of it all, holding on to the hope that things will get better. Now they are starting to see the light, so to speak, and are leaving. Very recent events haven't helped either. I saw that light roughly 9 months ago. lol
