Why does literally every "ex-wow" player feel the urge to make a post they join the game? I don't get it.

It's nice to share experiences, sometimes it's to be validated, or in the whole case of WoW right now it might be to share good experience + vent about their previous experience. Some people are making posts that are basically like breakup threads and just trying to articulate the feeling of losing a good friend (WoW) but the joy they believe they found a new one.

Maybe a bit blog like atmosphere sometimes, but eh.. I think it's nice for the devs to see players coming in and having a good time, where they are coming from, and it's not like we've other conversations that are dead. If players wanted to discuss specific feedback then we'd see them brought up more, but usually those threads only get a subset of posters.
