Minion not delivered

Hello,

I purchased the Final Fantasy XIV Stormblood Art of The Revolution artbook and I registered the minion code on my character. It has not showed up and it is not listed on my mog station under "Additional items" like the other codes I have redeemed. I added another code after this one for another item and it showed up in my mail like normal.

If you have more than one character on your account, it may be possible to not select the desired character to have the minion mailed too.
Failing that, it might be that the minion in question just takes a lot longer to mail, like Account Wide items do.
How long has it been sense to registered the code?

In the event you have not received your in-game item, we advise clearing out your mailbox and checking again using the Resend button. If the item doesn't appear within an hour, we advise contacting a Game Master in game using the /supportdesk command as they should be able to assist.
