    Hey Raguk,

Here's my two cents. My game works perfectly fine, in every zone, since I bought it off steam about a month ago. I actually just ran out of game time for my free 30 days, today. My friend on the other hand who lives down the street has been crashing constantly with the error's you've posted and others. This is what I've done for him:

    1-I've reinstalled the game
    2-I've reinstalled the graphics drivers
    3-I've used another video card completely from his 2060 to a 2070 super (I use a 3090)
4-I've put in a new hard drive
    5-I've replaced his MOBO
    6-I've replaced his ram

Just a note he uses a i7 (have not replaced) I also use an i7

    7-Reinstalled directX
8-Reinstalled windows trying both HOME and PRO
    9-Sacraficed a goat

My friend can play any other game just fine. From what I've seen online everywhere between here, reddit, YouTube and other places it doesn't matter what your hardware is or what you have overclocked or not overclocked. The game is just busted. Square Enix just needs to address and fix this. I think I missed adding people turning off cores in your CPU and stuff, that doesn't work either, although people will claim that will work too.

TLDR: Unless someone from Square replies to this don't hold your breath.

So, I MIGHT have fixed the issue? I'm not 100% sure because I'm still kind of testing it by idling and doing content as long as I can. But last night I was able to run the game from 5:51pm EST until 6am EST with zero crashes or errors.

I had previously updated to a latest BiOS update for my motherboard, I have an X570 AsRock Taichi, and that was when I got the errors on the game but I didn't realize it at the time and didn't think about the update being the issue. Well, yesterday, I decided as my final resort before being at the mercy of the pagan gods that I would rollback one update and see how it went. So far it's going extremely well.

Best bet is see when the last time they updated their bios and just try the current update or the second to last update and see if that fixes their issue. I haven't tried reinstalling the game because I am TERRIFIED of something breaking so I'm just rolling with it right now and hoping for the best. I hope this works for your friend and they can play without crashing!
