When I open the Launcher for the game it throws Invalid Character Code: 0.

I've Looked through the Forums and seen this issue solved before and the methods Given did not work for Me, I have Updated Internet Explorer, Changed the various settings for internet explorer that were recommended in a previous post, restart my computer, Restarted the launcher, Started the launcher in Administrator Mode, uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher, and yet the problem Persists
