can't buy Stormblood or full game on ps store

Hi,
so I played FFXIV for a long time on pc, bought every expension there is, but now that I have the PS5, I wanted to give it another try on the console. I have ARR and HW already on PS4, so I upgraded them.
I wanted to buy Stormblood and Shadowbringers too, but only the last one is available on the store. So my friend said I should just buy the whole bunch again, but if I click on it, it says it is unavailable too. It concerns the European version of the Store.

So there is no possibility to upgrade the game to the final add-on, since Stormblood is missing, or am I wrong here? I have no idea where else to put this.

Shadowbringers includes stormblood according to the SE store.
