In addition to all my favourites who have already been named (especially Gaius, Emet and a few others), I'd seriously love to see more of the following unappreciated NPCs:


Godbert Manderville-- say what you will but I've been predicting it for years-- he and Julyan are the Final Primal/Mega Bosses of this game






Karasu-- I consistently find his theatrics hilarious






The six "Buki" brothers (as I like to refer to them)-- I'd wish there were more quests surrounding them




Briardien, his sibling and the whole "Hogswarts" crew-- I look back and I'm still stunned at how much I enjoyed those quests. Plus it's always interesting to constantly see him play the part as Hildy's foil.





"Little Sun" Magnai and Sadu





Tataru-- future Empress of Hydaelyn--enough said.




Rowena-- future power behind the future Empress of Hydaelyn




Brayflox





Zhloe Aliapoh-- her sense of imagination is just...stunning.
