    Squadron Training

I'm wondering how this works? I recently unlocked the level 40 mission and my advisor says "I'll be blunt, the squadron isn't ready for this mission.". So I start using my 3 trainings per day thinking it'll raise my squad's stats high enough to eventually be able to beat the mission, but all the trainings do is reallocate my existing stats and not actually increase my overall power. So how am I supposed to beat the level 40 mission? I must be missing something here, can someone please explain how this works?

    Thanks!

GC Squadron NPCs level up from doing the missions (not the trainings) and also taking them into instances. You can check their level on the roster (or by talking to each one).

You would want to level them to level 40 and then use training to redistribute the stats and classes according to what the mission recommends.

You can do what I did instead and level them to max with training over a year and then crush the missions without effort.

looks at the top of the mission on right side. you'll see "attributes" it's there that you need to make sure your current attributes are all above the required amount, like so.

If they aren't then you need to train your troops more or get some new ones since certain npcs are better then others in stats.

Squadron NPC can level up from training but the higher the level, the longer it will take to go up.

Still, don't worry since the lv40 flagged mission is the hardest one to get the right stats compared to lv50, so keep levelling through other missions, training and even going in instances with them. Power levelling helps for that. Be sure to get all 3 stats blue
And a small tip, you can go instances with them while the squadron is in training, the game will let you do that (but not send npcs on mission)
