    Getting a error code after using airship now cant log

    Hi i was wondering if i could get some help, i was doing my main story quest and was on my way by airship to cloud and through the loading screen i got a error and now each time i log on it keeps giving me this error. Please how do i get this issue resolved

    Am still having troubles getting onto my Main char as is still giving me the message, If any help is out there will be much appreciated.

    To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
