Square Enix NA store checkout error tryng to pre-order Endwalker (PC)

Greetings, i have a problem and its driven me crazy.

Im tryng yo support FF14 buying pre-order Endwalker (as well to get those earrings bonus) but its impossible using Square Enix NA store (i tried on SE EU store and i had to problem getting into checkout)

**For context i bought the Complete-Edition last week with no problems at all in SE NA store.


Steps to reproduce:
1-Add Endwalker standar edition (pc) to cart (logged or as guest, its the same result)
2- Proceed to Checkout
3- Payment and Review options are hidden (but for a brief moment i can see how PAYMENT option is visible with several inputs)


Help me please!!!
