Frequent crashes with unexpected error

My game keeps crashing during gameplay in every sort of situation: raids, fates, cities, questing. It can take anywhere from immediately after login to an hour into play.

I've tried minimizing and maximizing options, full screen and windowed, moved game to and from HDD/SSD, muted game, my GPU isn't overclocked, turned off all overlays from other programs, ALL my drivers are up to date, used CCleaner to get rid of old drivers, it doesn't look like my GPU is getting overheated, clean bootup (no background apps), deleted stored files (in documents>my games files), and fully reinstalled game. I've seen some people having luck reinstalling their OS, but that sounds like more trouble than its worth. Has anyone found a RELIABLE fix for this? I want to play the game, but it's unplayable for me as it is.

Update: as of tonight, I am no longer able to login. The game crashes just after I pick my character.

I apologize for the delay in our response to this concern. If you are still experiencing the issue, are you able to try moving the game from the secondary drive to the C drive? Additionally does the crash occur if the game is run on a lower resolution? Is there an error message that appears when the game crashes? If so, can you provide it in your next reply?
