Content question

Please tell me 1) do the developers plan to add more and more content with each adon, for example, a golden saucer in which I can walk at a small level. 2) Is a wipe planned? 3) Will there be an end to ff14? Or will adons be added while the players are playing?
(p.s I play the 4th day, it is difficult to find all the information myself)

I don't quite understand what you mean by "adon" so I will skip those questions.

No wipe is planned as far as I or anyone else knows. To the best of my knowledge there hasn't been a full-blown wipe of characters since the game started - not even between 1.0 and 2.0 where 2.0 was basically a whole new game.

FF14 will end some day. Everything ends sooner or later, and FF14 is no exception to that. That time won't come anytime soon though. The predecessor FF11, which was one of the earliest MMOs, is still up and running and actively supported-

You can already do the Gold Saucer at a low level (from level 15 when you can travel to Ul'dah). New content and rewards are added to the Gold Saucer quite often, in each expansion.

Wipes do not happen of proper MMOs like FF14 with over a million active players. There is another MMO called FF11 produced by this company that has not been wiped in its whole 19 years.

Given FF11 has not ended after 19 years, we can expect FF14 won't for just as long at least unless Square Enix went bankrupt, which is not likely for a company that produces dozens of worldwide games a year.

The "adons" are called patches and major patches release every 4 months, with smaller patches every 1-2 months.

Well yes, Endwalker will add more content. A full storyline followed by 5 major patches that start a brand new storyline over the course of 2 years, which will have an alliance raid and a normal/savage raid, both having 3 tiers released over alternating patches. As for side content like the Golden Saucer, they are adding some sort of island farm place. Details are a bit scarce right now, and it's unknown how far into the game you will have to be to access it. Shadowbringer's big non-combat attraction was the Ishgard Restoration, and to access that you had to be halfway through Heavensward's patches at least.

Those are known as expansions and happen every 2 years and will for a very long time.

They say expansions will be developed for at least 5 or 10 years, but the population of the game and the fact it has grown at every expansion means it will be strong enough to get expansions for at least 10 years, because even if the population declines, the amount of people invested in the game with mounts, achievements and memories will make that decline slow.

Even the other MMO FF11 has been getting some major updates recently after they were stopped for years and that's after 19 years.

They added a lot of new features in Shadowbringers. Some was released in patches later during the expansion's life cycle.

Stuff like Ocean Fishing, Ishgard restoration, Trust system and other things.
