    Scholars - New Defensive Cool-down (Level34) Endwalker

    Serenity - instant cast - shares global cooldown with energy drain - gain aetherflow stacks.

    grants a friendly target 20% damage reduction physical and magic attacks while placing a shield thats 500 potency on the target this effect last up 18-24 seconds can stack with with other shielding abilities like succour ect

    this is my production to new scholar target ability

    do not be mistaken it being just defensive cool-down massive shield. this is massive dps increase for scholars big shielding less healing more phew-phew
