grants a friendly target 20% damage reduction physical and magic attacks while placing a shield thats 500 potency on the target this effect last up 18-24 seconds can stack with with other shielding abilities like succour ect

this is my production to new scholar target ability

do not be mistaken it being just defensive cool-down massive shield. this is massive dps increase for scholars big shielding less healing more phew-phew

The abilities are already set in stone for Endwalker by this point.

Suggestions are sadly never taken for healers, it's more of a *toss note in trash* as far as the Dev team is concerned with Healers.

I have no real issue with the idea except the name. Serenity is too White Mage, I'd go with something like Strongpoint for it's military tactics background.
