Another one is casters/range not using lb during pulls. Also when someone does not drag the mob to the tank.
My biggest pet peeve is people thinking tanks can be the only one to pull mobs.

Agree.
The idea of letting tank pull first in dungeons comes from other games. Where if you pull before the tank, the tank will have a really hard time getting aggro/enmity lead again. This is not the case in FFXIV.
And I'll be the first to throw up a Vote Dismal for doing so as you've made the run more difficult for no reason beyond your ego being bruised. Either you've let the whole party die if the healer happens to be who you refuse to take mobs off of or the run small to a crawl since the healer is either balancing heals between two targets or we're down a DPS. Both scenarios could be easily avoided if you simply AoE.
This mindset is little more than petty toxic nonsense.
Because it simply doesn't matter. Dungeon mobs do paltry damage. Who cares if it's the tank pulling or if the DPS get a little ahead and take an auto or two that doesn't even dent 10% of their HP pool? In fact, I welcome DPS pulling for me on Warrior because I have to put up Storm's Eye first. So then running ahead means less of a delay for me as they're bringing the friends back.

My biggest pet peeve as a tank is having someone else pull mobs for me.
Yes yes, I know the whole argument, and most people will say I'm in the wrong for feeling that way... and you know, I can't blame them.
I still just can't help but be extremely annoyed when it happens.
I'm exceedingly antisocial and love the squad and trust features. I do my roulettes as DPS if possible, so all I have to do is worry about myself.
If I'm a healer, and the tank sprints away and out of range, well I'm sure they can survive until I arrive.
I really don't want to tank, but if I did, I'd switch off my enmity stance the second someone else pulls, or drags me into a pack of mobs.
Thankfully, all these really weird "gogogo" behaviour patterns aren't that common on the Japanese data centres, so I don't have to deal with it.

Mathematically speaking, it is the best way to get the most out of your buffs and mitigation. Especially jobs that need to keep attacking to keep their gauge. The less amount of downtime between pulls the better they preform.
