I need food vendors for level 45-50 jobs. Mine right now is Warrior. I dont have access to Ishgard yet...
If there's only crafted food please tell me one that fits my job, and also the most leveled food I can find from a normal vendor!
Thanks

Quite frankly, the best bonus you get from food at that level is the +3% exp and thats on any food, so you can just eat basically whatever gives you the buff (even just some fruit).
The other food-buffs only get intresting when it comes to raiding - and then you want crafted food anyways, because (1) vendors dont sell HQ-food (which has better stats than the NQ-version you get from vendors) and (2) the "good" food isnt sold by vendors.
If you really, really want some food with stats though, I'd recommend using Mustard Eggs (you can buy these in the South Shroud, at 17,)/19,7 from the Alehouse Wench) or Antelope Steak (from the same vendor). There are some "better" options once you reach Ishgard, but I'd like to repeat that it doesnt make a huge difference, no one will be mad at you for not using food during leveling dungeons and the most important bonus is the exp anyways (which you'll get from pretty much anything).
Food isn't level locked so get the best you can afford/are willing to pay for. Many foods end up cheap on the MB because they're quest rewards at higher levels and players will sell off what they don't want to personally use, or CULs selling off the NQ items they ended up with while trying to make HQ quest items.
Just about any combination of stats will work except Piety and Spell Speed (those are useless to tanks) though you may want foods with higher Vitality caps if you want a bit of a HP cushion. At higher levels, some stats will become less valuable because of new job actions/abilities you gain but it's not a concern at your level.
All foods are crafted though some are available in NQ form on vendors. If you're only interested in the XP buff, might as well buy Boiled Eggs or Raisins (5 gil each at the vendors). It wouldn't hurt to check with friends or FC members who are leveling CUL to see if they're willing to make you food for their class XP.
Even better, buy Alligator Pears from the marketboard so a botanist can get some gil for their work – it's one of those quests that you have to collect HQ items, so there are lots of NQ collectively left over. They're usually around 2 gil each so cheaper than anything you can buy from NPCs.
It isn't level locked but there is this percentage and cap thing. The best combat food for L 50 will be iL 90 - 130 same as gear.

I have to add that high level CP food is totally broken for low level crafters.
Right but someone can get a food with a higher cap and they'll still get the max allowed by the percentage. As they level up, they'll continue to get the max percentage until their stats are finally high enough they're also hitting the cap. If it's a 4% with a cap of 10 on a stat, it starts falling behind in efficiency as soon as you have 250 of that stat from your gear. If you instead got something with 4% and a cap of 30, it doesn't start losing efficiency until you reach 750. If both are selling on the MB for 500 gil each, might as well get the latter so you don't have to keep remembering to switch food as your stats increase. It isn't level locked but there is this percentage and cap thing. One thing about food on the MB - price rarely corresponds to the value of the buffs. It's whatever players feel like selling the food for and how many others are also trying to sell that food. Best time to buy is when a new patch is released so everyone is selling off whatever foods were added as quest rewards. Undercutting tends to force prices down to a couple of hundred gil or less where other foods may be selling for a few thousand.
