    Recently bought the complete edition but did not recieve 30 day game time

    As the title states. I recently bought the complete edition. I already had the base game + havensword. On the store page it stated I get 30 day game time, but I cannot log into game now. Is there a reason why this doesn't work? When I bought Havensword I got the 30 day game time, but now it doesn't seem to work. I'm waiting for support to answer my ticket its been several days no with no response. I want to play but I don't want to buy the month subscription if I get the 30 days with my purchase of the complete edition.

    I could be wrong (SE Support will confirm) but I believe the way it works is that the 30 free days is once per account. So as you got 30 days free when purchasing Base+ Heavensward your account shows it's already had the free month, using that same account with the complete edition won't get you an additional 30 days free unless the complete collection was linked to a completely new account.

    Sorry, but the 30 days is once per platform (PC, PS4, etc). I don't know where you bought it from but both the EU and NA stores say this on their store page of the complete editions:

    The 30-day free play period included with purchase can only be applied once to each platform on a single service account. Moreover, this 30-day free play period is not applicable to platforms on which a license has already been registered.
