Need help in choosing job :)

I'm that type of people who can't decide what job to play and i need your help.

Right now i have the highest jobs - 63 ninja, 66 dancer, 60 red mage and i love mobility. BUT!

After playing ninja it's nearly impossible to play other jobs because of too long GCD(on main NIN skills it's ~2sec), especially i feel it on dancer - when shacrams already comes to my hands, but GCD still going and i'm just standing here and chilling. A little annoying.

So my question is - would it change at 80 lvl? Or better play ninja, try machinist with his oGCSs or ...?

MCH tends to avoid GCD speed as much as possible, you have a fast paced phased every ~30 seconds and that's it.

MNK and SAM are other jobs with high GCD speed.
BLM is also a job that has a good affinity with GCD speed and it has tools to helps with mobility.

The problem is i don't know how job would feel at lvl 80..I tryed 60 lvl SAM in PotD and it looks very boring and simple. BLM - i can't even level my traumaturge, feels very slow for me.

I used to main Rogue during SB and just today I got my SAM to 62.

I can tell you the job gets immediately MUCH busier at that level by having more kenki to spend, which translate to A LOT OF GCDs and mobility. And it only gets busier from there.

Also it's the only DPS I've played where you can actually notice your high DPS.

Which brings me to another point, NIN has the 'support tax' still for whatever reason. SAM will always be a full-functioning carry that gets all the party buffs.

That said, NIN is still a wonderful job to main and objectively has the best gear options.

Sounds like you just want a job with either very high actions per minute (APM) or very low cooldowns/high skill speed.

If you're looking for a lot of button pushing, I believe the jobs with the most APM by role are still:
    NIN, BRD, SMN, GNB, AST.

If you're looking for something with low cooldowns/high skill speed, I'd recommend on keeping with NIN, or trying out MNK (as they both buff themselves to attack faster).

You mentioned you also have Thaumaturge.
BLM has the lowest APM by miles. If you're enjoying it I would encourage you to continue at least levelling it since it opens up quite beautifully at higher levels, but it is def one of the slower paced classes so I'm not sure it fits your criteria.

in my opinion, there is no "boring" class. All Classes have much to do at higher level.
Play what you like, you can change your class any time.

You can increase the speed and decrease the GCD by doing meld Skill Speed.

At high level, I really like to have a hard cap of Skill Speed, it is a compromise between Crit > Hit & SS. With 1827 SS cap, I find it very fun, some will tell you that 1320 is enough, but I am mostly faster than them. Those who tell you that SAM & NIN are slow jobs just don't know how to manage them well.

I like very much the close and fast gameplay, for that SAM & NIN, suit me perfectly.

RDM is based on a mechanic where you cast a skill at 1.5 which allows the next spell to be instantaneous, it's relatively fast, it's probably the only caster I really like.

I don't like ranged dps like BRD, MCH & DNC, but I do play them when I want to go in mode, I don't care. But, I don't get any of the gameplay feel I like dancing with AoE and positioning.

The gameplay really changes with the level, the stuff, the meld (that beginners ignore). I prefer to do dungeons & raids at low level in NIN, because for SAM it lacks a lot of skill that makes it interesting. For me, NIN has less damage but it can burst really well and SAM a more constant dps, but higher because, it's a pure Dps job like BLM.
Some will tell you that SAM and BLM are selfish jobs, but I think they don't understand the concept of pure dps.

In NIN dps, mudra and debuff to increase group damage counts a lot, many complain about the low dps of NIN, but they just don't know how to exploit their jobs.

    Nah, just a couple weeks.
Hitting the leveling roulette consistently alone does wonders for your EXP.

Here are two videos that should tell you all you need to know about your levelling options and how to do so efficiently:
