Some programs really make this game better without giving an edge.

I imagine it would also probably cause them to hit buttons when they're not ready to. I can see it causing clipping and screwing with rotations and mucking up how skills queue.
Like, there are plenty of reasons why my idea shouldn't be done... but I still wonder if it could, ya know?

I dunno. I mean if someone shouted arms length over discord and it popped it for you. A clipped gcd is always going to be better than death by being knocked off the arena..

Voice input isnt a new thing I wouldn't even consider it a grey area. It's just another control interface. Perhaps usefull for disabled gamers and stuff I dunno. A friend of mine lost half an arm and leg as well damaged an eye in the military years back. so he has some pretty decent gadgets that let him play games. an eye tracker that puts the mouse curser whereever he looks. a customised joystick with foot pedals and what looks like a drum kit. but is just 6 big buttons he can bash with his arm. and does also use voice commands in some games. it works really well for him he's even cleared ultimates,

The third party thing in general is a grey area though. As it covers so much stuff. if they were that strict on there thrid party policy he'd be unable to play because many of his devices require dedicated software to use.

but like many gamers I use logitech set point to create custom binds / macros on my mouse buttons. And something similar called control centre to control the gaming keys on my keyboard. And then also use steams advanced xbox elite drivers to remap the paddles on my elite controller. So I map the paddles to anything I like. I can press 1 paddle Get off my mount at a fate trigger level sync and go. if i chose to i could create a macro put it on one of my gkeys and have 1 button craft key. press it once and wait while it crafts me 99 hq cordials for my DoL in a single keypress. and thats just my keyboard software that does its rgd and keybind profiles etc.

It's all technically 3rd party prograns.
