For a community that prides itself on its community I have found myself deeply disappointed. My main character is on Sargatanas but when I first joined the game I was forced to make a character on Midgardsormr and finding out my guild played on a different server I naturally remade my character all together forgetting the one I had on Midgardsormr. Seeing as how I was content with my first characters name and appearance I made a duplicate copy on Sargatanas. I eventually got to the point where I wanted a more endgame experience to catch up with my fellow clan mates. having migrated from world of war-craft as so many do and hearing such great things I had high hopes. Eventually I get to the point where I'm happy with the game and decide to put some funds into it and purchase from there online store which I will state for the record is confusing at best. I purchase a astrologist boost and a realm reborn story line boost but being new to the online web browser marketplace and making such a fumble I accident purchased the services on my Migardsormr character which is practically a carbon copy of my main. Obviously at a loss at what I had just done I figured well that's regrettable I will contact customer support for help surely they would understand. Tickets apone tickets, auto mated responses a week later all but impossible to reach anyone on a human level. Dejected and confused I couldn't believe how unreliable this support system was. I have not redeemed any of the purchases on my Midgardsormr character for the last week I've been in a deadlock waiting for any kind of confirmation of help. Not knowing to throw in the towel and play the character I accidentally sent the boosts to and admit defeat or play my main in hopes that they care enough to help me fix it. Meanwhile my sub ticks down and I have zero progress to show for it. I know people will argue they you should of been more careful when buying and applying the boosts and I'm aware but it was a mistake I was tired and trying to catch the tail end of the boost sale before it disappeared and have little to no experience with web browser based markets. I don't see why such a simple problem cant be addressed and fixed. This tangle with the support aspect of the community has been disgruntling and I'm getting to the point where I am just going to charge back and move on even if that means that they ban me.
