    I pleaded for help but no one listened.

    For a community that prides itself on its community I have found myself deeply disappointed. My main character is on Sargatanas but when I first joined the game I was forced to make a character on Midgardsormr and finding out my guild played on a different server I naturally remade my character all together forgetting the one I had on Midgardsormr. Seeing as how I was content with my first characters name and appearance I made a duplicate copy on Sargatanas. I eventually got to the point where I wanted a more endgame experience to catch up with my fellow clan mates. having migrated from world of war-craft as so many do and hearing such great things I had high hopes. Eventually I get to the point where I'm happy with the game and decide to put some funds into it and purchase from there online store which I will state for the record is confusing at best. I purchase a astrologist boost and a realm reborn story line boost but being new to the online web browser marketplace and making such a fumble I accident purchased the services on my Migardsormr character which is practically a carbon copy of my main. Obviously at a loss at what I had just done I figured well that's regrettable I will contact customer support for help surely they would understand. Tickets apone tickets, auto mated responses a week later all but impossible to reach anyone on a human level. Dejected and confused I couldn't believe how unreliable this support system was. I have not redeemed any of the purchases on my Midgardsormr character for the last week I've been in a deadlock waiting for any kind of confirmation of help. Not knowing to throw in the towel and play the character I accidentally sent the boosts to and admit defeat or play my main in hopes that they care enough to help me fix it. Meanwhile my sub ticks down and I have zero progress to show for it. I know people will argue they you should of been more careful when buying and applying the boosts and I'm aware but it was a mistake I was tired and trying to catch the tail end of the boost sale before it disappeared and have little to no experience with web browser based markets. I don't see why such a simple problem cant be addressed and fixed. This tangle with the support aspect of the community has been disgruntling and I'm getting to the point where I am just going to charge back and move on even if that means that they ban me.

    Customer service takes some time to reply. I'm not really sure if they would help for such purchases you made (because you have to confirm that it's that character you wanna buy it for, before you make the purchase with the character name face and server visible).
    Usually Customer resolves most issues, hope they do it for you. At worst I would suggest another work around if they can't help you. ( Transfer the character from one realm to another when servers are not busy). Keep in mind for anything other than just Free Company ( Guild) Name shown on you and using Guild Chat, you do not have to be in the same guild to do raids or any other content ("to count").

    Hope any of this helps. Moreover this is the Technical in game issue (like bugs) part of the forum, in case they move it.

    Edit: I'm not really sure why u get passive-aggressive near the end, the community doesn't have anything to do with customer service or your mistake of purchase when there are so many confirmations before you bought the boosts.

    Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you.
