    Logging in PS5(Help)

    Hello, I have been playing the game on PC, hit level 50, decided to play it on my PS5. Installed it on my PS5, Purchased it, went to try logging into my account ive been playing on PC with. However on my PS5 the logging "Username" is greyed out and locked with a random username I don't know the password/email for.. I cant change the name to log into my proper account.. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I've purchased the complete edition on my PC, Now I have purchased it on my PS5 So I can play there also, But it will not let me change my log in username. Help Please.

    Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID.
