Game turns off my monitor help

Hello people, sorry english is not my first language and im kinda dumb

I got my first pc gamer for myself recently and i always wanted to play a mmo, so i decided to try out ffxiv and i was pretty hyped because i heard that the game is really good

Then after i downloaded the game i tried, the game goes to a black screen after i login in the launcher, the only solution that i found to this problem is to close the steam before logging in, but is there some way to fix this? If not then ok is just kinda annoying

Now to the really big problem... after i played the game and got to the city, the game just suddenly starts to turn off my monitor non stop!

I looked online and mostly what i found is people saying is pc issues, but my pc is new and i played games that demand much more of my pc, so i don't know what to do now...

I was really hyped to trying it out but it is becoming such a headache to try to lookup a solution to this when i just wanted to play the game. Btw this is my first pc that i got to myself and i don't know much about hardware and stuff, but i looked up and i think all the drivers are updated so i really don't know what to do... can someone please help me? I just wanna play the game bro

That sounds like a video driver issue rather than anything related to the game itself.
