Steps:
1. Get the quest A Relic Reborn (Curtana)
2. Be on the step "Obtain a Amdapor glyph by completing Ambapor keep as a paladin."
3. Complete Battle in the Big Keep (Amdapor Keep) and won't get the Amdapor glyph as loot thus making the quest impossible to complete
*Add more steps if necessary

Are you by chance confusing duties? This part of the relic has 4 players and is not connected to Gilgamesh but a dungeon, if you can show the vid go for it

You are doing the wrong duty. You want the dungeon "Amdapor Keep" not the Gilgamesh trial.

Hi guys. I'm going to "Ampador Keep" in South shroud and when I click the entrance it queues me for the dungeon "Battle of the big keep" when I look at the location of that it says "Ampador Keep" am I doing it wrong?

Yes. Pick up the quest I linked to, complete it and then queue for the dungeon that is in the dungeon tab called Amdapor Keep.
