    Text says "ensures great success for the next 3 attempts" but only lasts 1 attempt and is not always great success.

    Nope the text is the same in the patch notes it's the ability itself that is bugged. The animation indicates a 3 multiple attempt skill but as the OP said lasts only 1 and is usually only a 'standard' not great success.
