Harassment - Low level character acting like bots

This is my first time leaving a feedback about harassment issues I've been experimenting lately in the game. All of this started recently like 2 days ago with some low level characters sitting on the roof my house. There was 2 players doing this the characters was created on Chaos.

A character created on Chaos sitting on the roof of my house for hours, I've been trying to report to GM since I asked them why they were sitting there but no response until their character got deleted too later on.
For this one, I don't have the history of the date and time anymore.

One another, that also got deleted shortly after. Date and time:

Then yesterday, I've been having a low level character who entered my house and went downstairs hiding behind my photo studio for like 6 hours. The day after their character was deleted.

Despite all the tells and asked them why they are afking in my house, I never had any replies. I reported to the GM team several times until they can do something about it and they suggested me to give a feedback there.


I've been locking my house since then to not have to deal with this kind of issue anymore. The GM told me that I can't do much on my side but to wait them to leave my house and lock it. Today was looking alright regarding the harassment I felt from them. Thinking it will be over, they will give up and not disturb me anymore.


Then I decided to visit a friend on Chaos, and they opened me their house since it's was locked and they was about to lock it again as a low level character suddenly pop out of nowhere, as I visited my friend I never saw them. It's getting very creepy, they're looking like me except they are a low level character.

What did this low level character was sitting on the house of my friend, like one low level character did.


So I really suspect this is some kind of bots, they don't talk at all. They don't reply to tells.

As a player, I wonder what I should do. I'm staying positive, I keep sending reports in-game a lot lately for this and I've been not really enjoying that harassment feel over myself.

■ Detailed description of the incident:
I've been teleporting to my house that is locked, and I saw a level 6 player being able to stalk my house and my garden. I've been doing many reports before and I thought that I won't have to deal with this anymore but here I am today to report this behaviour of this player harassing me and not replying to me.

I've been teleporting to the FC house of my second character, wanting to go away from the stalkers that harass me on my private estate. I've been having a player sitting in front of my private estate in Shirogane.

Then me and my friend noticed that low level character being observing and harassing us, they were on the side of house in Mist and I don't know how they managed to teleport there at 3:15 a.m.

Hello GM Team,

I thought of providing more context to the harassing issue I had if any GM on the forum can help.

So I have noticed since the 16th July, I've been meeting a player that was created on Spriggan.

And the day after the 17th, I supect all of this harassment started with two messages on my message book putting sexual message harassing me using the name of a friend as a new character usurping their identity.

Then few days after, I started to have players that was sitting on my roof of my house. Stalking inside my house, waiting in front of my house in my garden with the door closed.

Some low level characters was named with my friend's name as well shortly after.


Before the 16th July I wanna say that I never had any stalker/harassing issues at all in 2 years being on Spriggan. Since the Shirogane ward I am is very quiet and is not subject to harassment like this.

I was wondering, if it's possible to track down to the source of the player who does all of this without telling me who is the player doing all of this.

And I'm aware for the policy but in my opinion it's someone who is creating and deleting characters in order to harass me. Including botting and cheating since they managed to follow me and teleport to my house without being friends to me.

So I've been going to Ragnarok for a hunt train, and I was doing a "Player Search" for a level 2 player who was stalking the house of my friend. Their house is in Lavender Beds, after the hunt train I went to my friend's house to check that out.

I did some screenshots of the player, they've been stalking the friend of my house 3 times now they seem to always come back for some reason to my friend's house.
