Account-wide Cosmetics

As someone who has many characters (and who pays more each month to have said characters) I often wish that mounts, minions and all mogstation purchases except dyes, eternal bondings, fantasias and boosts were account wide.

I know people will say you don't need multiple characters in this game and that's true but some folks like having them anyway.

This is a change I would love.

...And it would get me to buy things on the store like all the time, just saying.

Mogstation items are already said to be either account wide or character locked. That being said, there are many things that could be account wide. As you said, mounts and titles being a big one. My personal wish is that the game would not only register that your alt is on an account with a house (keeping you from purchasing another home), but lets your alts use the house on your account.

I would also be like you that I would buy a lot more on the Mogstation if it was account-wide. A lot of things priced per character are not worth the expenditure for me.

Even if they can't actually make it account-wide, it could still get sent to every current character you have.

Or make it a bulk purchase deal. First one is full price, additional copies in the same transaction are $2. Might as well get that for everyone on the small chance they'll use it, right?

if every mount I have ever earned needs to be sent to me as a whistle on new characters you know what? I'll take it.

They could also put these things on Calamity Salvager to spare the moogle mail.

YES PLEASE. No Mog Station items should ever be locked to a single character -- that is ridiculous.

It would be nice if lots of other stuff was unlocked account-wide when you get them, too: minions, mounts, titles, achievement progress, gil, bank storage, etc. I really hope to see this become a thing in Final Fantasy XVIII or whatever the next MMO down the line will be.

As someone with several alts and some different mogstation glams between them, I wholeheartedly agree.

All cosmetics/mounts/emotes and such should be account wide. You should also be able to put all Mogstation items in your armoire.
