I disagree. The big point of contention with SCH's aetherflow design is the fact that it, by necessity, requires you to have an ability to dump excess stacks to keep it from going to waste. Not to mention one would assume in this setting you would still have other tools beyond the charges on Lustrate/Indom to cover the gaps. and even cooldowns that return charges in a pinch.

This isnt Lustrate, Indomitabilty, Sacred Soil, Excogitation, and energy drain all on one system. This would be more akin to Lustrate/Indom on a shared charge system, Excog could reasonably be left as is just with only the cd as a cost. Sacred Soil my have to take a hit in either potency or cooldown but could still function independently.

As for energy Drain? It would be decoupled from all the healer ogcds mentioned here. It would need to be reworked to accommodate the fundamental change proposed here, but there's always a more potentially useful and interesting path this could take. It could be as simple as an ogcd with it's own charges, an ogcd artack that gives you Lustrate/Indom charges in a pinch, or could even be moved to be a Fae Guage dump skill. But that is something I've personally been putting alot of thought into to avoid creating another energy Drain situation.

All lot of this system would be a massive overhaul to the way scholar works, but I do believe it could be done and even be better then what we have now.
