Endwalker code invalid! Please Help!

I purchased the $60 Digital Collector's Edition from here: https://ffxivstorehub.square-enix-games.com/en_US

I then went to "My Orders" and clicked "Unlock code". A code was displayed. I highlight the code and hit CTRL+C multiple times.

I then go into my mogstation, click on "enter item code" and paste the code in the text boxes by hitting CTRL+V but NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I try to paste the code, it ALWAYS says "This code is invalid" I KNOW that I AM entering it in CORRECTLY as I copied and pasted the code STRAIGHT FROM Square Enix!

I verified that there is NOT any additional characters or spaces when I enter the code. And it looks EXACTLY like the code displayed in "my orders"! yet mogstation THINKS that the code is invalid but NOTHING could be further from the truth!

Was my code stolen by some keygenner or something? Does anybody know what the problem could be??

I am having the same issue. I just sent in a support ticket to SE. I'll update with any information I get.

Nobody? Nobody can tell us why we are getting invalid codes? Two people have reported this issue and yet NOBODY can tell us why we are getting invalid codes?

Item Code is the wrong category. There should be something like add license - Item Code is for things like digital bonus items from merchandise.

You're best off raising/speaking directly to SE about it rather than raising a forum post. Although SE does occasionally frequent these boards, I don't think it's 24/7 or even seen as a priority for them. From experience anything urgent should be raised directly via in-game ticket or by calling customer support/service.

have you bought the base game 'a realm reborn'? It's the only part of the game you don't get with the collectors edition. I bought it this evening and had no trouble adding the code in the expansion section after that. it'd been driving me batty for 5 days.

Alright so to make a long story short, I got in touch with a rep. They said my digital copy of Endwalker should be for Steam and not PC. So make sure you bought the right one.

SE store hasn't released the actual Endwalker codes yet, so what you have is the early access code.

The only PC players with the Endwalker code are Steam users (who can't redeem it yet anyway).

Non-Steam users will get the code after early access starts/the official launch date.

It's not an item code. It's the early access code. Put it in the correct place for that and it will work.

On the page where it shows you the code it has a link for "Instructions" where it literally tells you how to use it: (copied and pasted from there)

CODE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Log in to the Mog Station with your Square Enix account.
2. Select 'Your Account' from the top menu.
3. Select the service account you want to register the code on.
4. After confirming your Service Account, select "Enter Pre-order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)."
5. Enter your code and follow the instructions on-screen.
6. Log into the game and retrieve in-game items via the Moogle Delivery Service.

Like pretty much all of your posts, your problems are caused by you not reading and/or understanding correctly. Slow down perhaps?

That's not factually correct. If you buy the Steam or PC version, you will get the bonus items prior to release date. I switched mine to Steam and I was able to register mine to my account and get my bonus items in the mog mail.
